This cuvée, made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, has a nose characteristic of Pinot Noir, with notes red fruits such as raspberry, morello cherry.
Its round mouth is accompanied by a nice woodiness and spicy notes.
Ageing: Malolactic fermentation comes naturally during the 12 months of ageing in barrels.
Wine is bottled without FINING and FILTRATION.
Tasting / Suggestion: This Pinot Noir Quality will be appreciated with red meal, wild game and of course cheese.
