Straw yellow colour with slight green reflections. A bouquet of white flowers, sliced pears, and citrus. The palate is tangy fruity and fresh, the elegant acidity paired with mineral hints. A harmonious and well-balanced Gavi with a large taste volume.
Vineyard: Vineyards are positioned 250 – 300 metres above sea level on soils that are mainly sandy marl: deep marls alternating with layers of sandstone; the colours of these soils range from light brown to light.
Pairs well with: White meat-based dishes, vegetable starters, soups, and with rice and pasta dishes like tagliatelle with herbs and seafood risotto.
