Our Icon is the Chilean Corralero, a true Chilean national breed horse. Native of the pampas, this horse has a reputation for long-distance endurance. At Atama wines, we like to be inspired by the Corralero and our wines reflect the genuine taste of the Chilean soils and climates.

Vineyards: located in Valle Central. The Valle is stretching from the Maipo Valley (just south of Santiago) to the southern end of the Maule Valley.

Ageing: French and American oak.

Food and wine matching: This is a wine to serve with chicken wrapped in bacon and cheese, bacon salad, duck salad, duck in plum sauce, grilled lamb, and cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
