Prime Wine, within the scope of its activity, collects and processes the personal data necessary for order processing and communication with Customers, processing requests for information and possible complaints, statistical analysis, as well as respective use for the purposes of direct marketing, dealing with data such as: name, addresses, country, telephone number, taxpayer number, e-mail address, date of birth and personal interests in alcoholic beverages.
The personal data collected are processed by automated or non-automated means and in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, being stored in a specific database, created for the purpose and which guarantees your security and confidentiality according to the technology measures information, technical and organizational information, in order to protect from loss, alteration, destruction, misuse in general or that the data collected is used for any purpose other than that for which consent was given by the data subject .
