A wine with a bright, clear colour. On the nose, it presents notes of ripe fruit and black berries. The floral character of Touriga violets is present. Some sweet aromas resulting from ageing in wood give it complexity and harmony. Full-bodied on the palate, with a fresh and persistent finish, showing good balance between natural acidity and structure. The mineral character of the region's granite soils makes the wine more elegant, mineral and fresh with good acidity.
