The membership of The Prime Wine Affair will be limited to 50 families, and costs just 100€ to join.

By enrolling in the club, you are agreeing to receive a minimum of 6 shipments of wine over the next twelve months.

What do i get with the monthly Wines box?2021-11-05T09:18:07+00:00

A shipment of wine is defined as a box of 6 wines with a maximum cost of 100€ offered at a 15% discount membership price. Members will be entitled to order further boxes on the same terms and conditions, subject to stock availability, when all the members have decided whether they will purchase boxes in any particular offer period.

What wines will be in my shipment?2021-11-04T22:19:56+00:00

The wines to be included in each shipment will be advised to the members 4 weeks before each shipment, to enable members to decide on whether to order the boxes on offer that month. For example in December this year we will be offering a white wine, a red wine and a Christmas box to members. In Summer there will be Rosé boxes on offer, but every month there will be a minimum of a white and red box on offer.

How does it work the visit to the wine farms?2021-11-05T09:20:08+00:00

We will be offering members (every other month on Zoom) a visit to the wine farms we represent – the first of these is a trip to Kanonkop in Stellenbosch on December 7. We hope these “flights” will provide a learning experience as well as a tasting experience similar to being at the wine farm itself. The cost of these wines (4-6 bottles) will be shipped in advance to members and will not exceed 75€ per visit – and are purely optional for the members, but are highly recommended. Members will be required to commit to these events one week in advance of the event.

Members will also have the first viewing of the wines in our twice yearly wine sale which take place in November and May each year – this year on November 18.

Yes, but any members who cancel their membership will automatically forfeit their annual fee.

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing the shipping address (within Portugal).

If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address (within Portugal), that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit shipping details for current shipment.

We choose the wines for you for your regular shipments. You can also add on any of your favourites by ordering through the website!
