Each variety harvested separately, destemmed, crushed, temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, concrete tanks and small marble basins, pressed, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 6 months in American (40%) and French (60%) oak barrels. After bottling, the wine aged 8 months in the bottle. This wine, with a strong red color, in the palate, it presents a good fruit/acidity relation, with soft but persistent tannins Medium / long final tasting. Perfect for moments for two. Goes well with game, oven and grilled meats.
