Winemaking
The grapes are harvested, following a gentle pressing, followed by a slow fermentation at low temperature, it retains a large part of its young and fresh characteristics, which is then subjected to a second fermentation in a vat. The final wine is cold stabilized and then bottled.

On the palate, a great harmony with a good balance between body and vibration from its natural freshness.
