The Prosecco Rosé Brut of the Serena company is made with 88% Glera grapes and Pinot Nero for the remainder.
The wine is obtained by harvesting grapes from the areas of Treviso, Padua, Pordenone and Venice. The manufacturing process involves the use of the Charmat method, i.e. with second fermentation in pressurized tank.
Bright pale pink in colour, it has a lively perlage with hints of rose, pear and yellow apple notes. Fresh on the palate, it is harmonious and enveloping, with returns of fresh fruit and good persistence.
Ideal with fresh cheeses, it goes well with vegetarian lasagna and grilled vegetables.
