This cuvée comes from a clay-chalk terroir and was matured in vats, wood and concrete for five weeks. A blend of the Rhône valley's emblematic grape varieties that the winemaker ferments together, this wine is of particular depth and intensity. Crisp red fruits mix with floral notes of violet and peony. To taste, aromas of gingerbread add to the wine's fruity and floral character.
