Planted in clay and limestone soils, on a gentle slope facing south. The vine rows are oriented north-south. Managed under an accurate sustainable agriculture farming system (Produção Integrada – PRODI).

VINIFICATION
The grapes were handpicked at optimum maturity to small boxes at early morning hours. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.

TASTING NOTES
A beautiful clear salmon color, with delicate floral and red fruit aromas. Dry, with good acidity and freshness. A long and vibrant finish.
