The wines of Oude Kaap rooted in the beautiful Franschhoek Valley, where, since 1693, the steep ‘Groot Drakenstijn’ Mountains are a very important factor for the production of quality wines. Determination, preserverance, passion and innovation are as long as the spearheads of Oude Kaap and this legacy now lives on in the new generation of winemakers in this vigorous Estate. For the wines of Oude Kaap they chose the best fruit of the whole region and it also realizes that the essence of a good wine is the quality of the fruit. Through a rigorous selection of grapes and intensive contact with vintners determine the winemakers in this Estate which vats are chosen for Oude Kaap.

This Sauvignon Blanc Reserve has a light straw yellow color with some hints of green. In the nose a light touch of pineapple, green pepper and minerality. It has a freshness which is followed by fresh tropical fruits and notes of citrus.

Delicious in combination with meal salads, seafood, goat cheese or Asian dishes.
