Each variety is vinified separately to best express its individual character before blending. In the glass, it displays a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is complex and fresh, opening with expressive aromas of white-fleshed fruit, complemented by citrusy notes of lemon and grapefruit and floral touches of white flowers and hawthorn.
