The colour is a deep red with slight violet reflections. On the nose, fruity notes of blackcurrant and wild strawberries combine with a complex aromatic range of mushrooms, undergrowth and mild spices. The attack on the palate is smooth and aromatic, in harmony with the notes revealed on the nose. Round on the palate, its smooth and elegant structure, with tannins that are present but well integrated, denotes perfectly controlled vinification, and ends with a very indulgent chocolatey finish.
