The organic vineyards of Belhare Estate are located on sandy loam at an altitude of 1400 m above sea level. The vines are 15 to 20 years old and grow according to the trellis system. The climate is extremely dry and the temperature differences between day and night are significant. The alcoholic fermentation and a prolonged maceration on the skins is carried out in concrete tanks for 25 days to extract fine tannins and give a lush and round mouthfeel. 30% of the wine has matured for 4 months in French oak, the other part in stainless steel. Then bottling takes place. Made from 100% Malbec. The fruity aroma of blueberries, blackberries and cherries are interspersed with notes of tobacco, coffee and a hint of vanilla. The soft fruity taste combines with aged cheese, grilled meat dishes and Italian cuisine.
