Drappier Blanc de Blancs Signature is a unique Champagne, with characteristics that distinguish it from any other Blanc de Blancs.

As its name implies, this is a Champagne made exclusively from white grapes. But, in the case of this reference, not exclusively from Chardonnay. To obtain a richer, more complex palate, to give an original and surprising touch to its Blanc de Blancs, the Maison sometimes adds a “pinch” of Pinot Blanc, also known as “Blanc Vrai”.
The result of sustainable agriculture with few sulfites, it is a Champagne that represents the entire Drappier spirit, with its passion for the land and for the production of references with its own stamp.

Tasting
On the nose, the aroma of this Drappier Blanc de Blancs refers to white peach and pear, but also brings out more floral notes, such as peony. On the palate it manifests itself as a mineral Champagne, with a light wafer flavor and a creamy, smooth and seductive texture.
