The Carte d’Or is the very expression of the Drappier style. With approximately 80% Pinot Noir in its blend, this Champagne reference offers you all the aromas of this noble variety that finds its most beautiful expression precisely in Urville, where Maison Drappier is located. White, but produced with red grapes, it is a Champagne much sought after not only for its structure, but also for its characteristic elegant notes of red fruits and the expressiveness and authenticity of its unfiltered flavors with few sulfites.

With a very high proportion of Pinot Noir, Champagne Drappier Carte d’Or gives the sensation that we are about to taste a cuvée Blanc de Noirs.
Of great aromatic richness, this is a Champagne that opens with aromas of pitted fruit, such as white peach, and a spicy note announces a powerful and complex palate.
In short, it reveals a vinous Champagne of a smooth complexity, with a characteristic note of quince on the palate.
