GAIA, the Greek goddess of the earth, has been the inspiration for the Bousquet family since the founding of our winery in 1997, when we pioneered the clearing of virgin lands in the upper areas of the Gualtallary district of Tupungato. From the beginning, Gaia wines have been made with a French viticultural sensibility and made from 100% organic fruits grown at an altitude of 1,200 m.a.s.l. This nouveau malbec is inspired by nature and by one of the oldest ways of making wine: carbonic maceration.
