Fermentation with controlled temperature at 15ºC.

Citrus colored wine, floral aroma with hints of tropical fruits.
It is a fruity, fresh and persistent wine.

Gastronomy
Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC, great to accompany salads, sushi, fish and seafood dishes.
