Uma «pérola» histórica de Montalcino e Banfi, com um equilíbrio perfeito entre expressão aromática e acidez.

Vinho redondo e encorpado, caracteriza-se por uma extrema variedade de aromas e fragrâncias. No nariz, destacam-se notas intensas de damasco desidratado, mel e laranja cristalizada. Na boca, o notável açúcar residual é bem equilibrado por uma boa acidez. Equilibrado, sedoso e muito persistente.

ACOMPANHAMENTOS
Perfeito como vinho de meditação, mas também para acompanhar bolachas secas, como os típicos Cantucci de Siena, ou queijos muito maduros ou azuis.
