It has a delicate, appealing aroma. It has a subtle mineral note and a hint of ripe red fruit. It is a fresh wine with some length and great elegance. Dry, with firm yet smooth acidity. A good finish, with a slight balsamic/vinegary aftertaste reminiscent of the region’s typical cellars.
