Petite Sirah is a powerful, fruity wine that pairs beautifully with most big meat dishes – stews, braised meats and all barbequed food. The wine has an inky dark colour with flavours of black pepper, dark fruits, spice and licorice. Wines made from the Petite Sirah grape have the ability to age beautifully.
