Harvested at night, skin maceration takes place in the press for a few hours before low temperature fermentation, revealing all the aromas and refinement of this refined wine.

The pre-lunch drinks were also a great success and added to the overall enjoyment and atmosphere of the day.We are very proud to announce that we raised over €7,000 at our Captain’s Charity Day on the 10th of May.
