A wine with a deep purple coat with strong fruity aromas. Silky on the palate with well-balanced and sweet tannins. 20% of the wine is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. The aroma of blackcurrant combines with notes of blueberries, pepper and tobacco. It is perfect for stewed beef, stews, hard cheeses and all kinds of pasta in aromatic tomato sauces. The composition with dark chocolate desserts is also noteworthy.
