Have you ever thought about which wine is perfect to serve with salmon? The idea for Côtes de Saumon was born many years ago when winemaker Julien decided to produce the ultimate wine for salmon. The tasty salmon can be served in an infinite number of ways, and for that a wine with just the right balance was needed. Julien searched for a long time for the perfect combination, experimenting and testing grapes from different regions. And then finally, after a long time, he found the answer – in the form of a carefully balanced grape blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

The richness of flavor of the Chardonnay combined with just the right proportion of the aromatic Sauvignon Blanc created an excellent balanced cuvée with balanced freshness – and a wine that broke perfectly against all the versatile flavors of the salmon.
