Winemaking
The grapes are harvested, following a gentle pressing, followed by a slow fermentation at low temperature, retaining much of its young and fresh characteristics, which is then submitted to a second fermentation in a vat. The final wine is cold stabilized and then bottled

Aging
Six months on the lees with batonnage to provide better oak integration in the wine, thereby reinforcing the creamy texture and depth. After bottling, the wine aged 6 months in the bottle, ensuring controlled maturation and giving the wine the complexity that characterizes it

Light yellow with golden highlights

Taste
In the mouth it reveals great harmony with good structure and acidity, ending with a long fresh and pleasant flavor
