Description

Pascal Bouchard Petit Chablis “Blancs Cailloux”

Vinification and elevation
After pressing and settling, the musts are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
After malolactic fermentation, aging on fine lees is around 6 months in order to keep freshness and fruitiness.

At the tasting
Its very expressive and fruity nose releases iodine and lemon aromas.
The attack is frank and lively with a hint of minerality on the finish.

A moment to open it
This wine can be appreciated in its youth and will perfectly accompany an aperitivo with some prawns or a planalto of seafood.
It can also accompany a regional dish: andouillette de Chablis.
Serve between 10 and 12°C.
Drink young or at conservadora 2 to 3 no máximo.
