Organic wine
The vines are planted on clay-limestone soils.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. This wine is aged for 8 to 12 months in vats (90%) and in oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Pale silvery yellow color. It is fresh with aromas of white berries and lime. Body well rounded and well balanced.

It accompanies fine sea and freshwater fish, shellfish and white meats.
Serve at 12°C and ideally drink with the fruit in its prime.
